Where is Pyaarnation based?
We have two homes:- ) – In UAE and India
Our Dubai, the United Arab Emirates studio manages the production and operations for our customers from the UAE, MENA, and other international destinations. In India, our studio is located in Kollam, a small district from Kerala – God’s own country – and with a prominence that has been talked about for centuries by legendary explorers from Ibn Battuta to Marco Polo.
Our fulfillment centers are located in Delhi (India), Kerala (India), and Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
What are your hours of operation?
pyaarnation.com is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week and you can browse, or place orders for your artwork at any time.

How do I register as a customer and does that make the process easier?
Anyone can create an account with us at any time to enjoy advantages including quick and easy access to your order history, adding favorites to your wish list, and much more. Opening an account is free and simple, but you’re always free to check out as a guest if you’re in a hurry!
I want to send my order as a gift? Can I do this?
(This service is not activated yet) Our prints and artworks make wonderful gifts, and we are happy to be able to help make your experience buying for someone else as easy as possible. When placing your order, please select the WRAP IT AS A GIFT option at checkout, and for a small fee your artwork will be packaged and delivered appropriately.
I haven’t receive an order confirmation
If you have still not received an order confirmation, don’t worry, Get in touch via email with your order details, email address and phone number so we can make sure the order has been processed and get the confirmation out to you. Please let us know before placing a new order to avoid duplicate purchases being made.
How is my order packed?
The artwork is our passion, and as nothing is more important than ensuring they arrive undamaged, we do everything we can to ship our parcels as securely as possible. Prints and posters are shipped in sturdy mail tubes, and framed prints are packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap and secured with ‘fragile’ tape.
Where do you ship?

Can I order a different frame size or print size than the one advertised?
Yes, we love to hear your request, and if it is something that we can accommodate, we will definitely help you to get it done for you!
Where can I see confirmation of my order?
If you have created an account with us, simply log in to view your order summary. We usually kept you updated via your email on the status of your order. For purchases made as a guest, you can’t track your order over our website, but we are more than happy to assist you over an or call
Can I change or cancel my order?
In some cases, it is possible to cancel an order before it has left our studio. To do so, please email us immediately on hello at pyaarnation.com with full details of the order you wish to cancel, or send a message via our contact page Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it is processed but the sooner you get in touch, the more likely it is we will be able to help.
Can I add extra products to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order, but if you wish to make a last minute change please get in touch as soon as possible as we may be able to stop the order before it leaves our studio. If your purchase can be canceled, you will be refunded the value of your item(s) in credit and able to place a new order.
I am having trouble checking out. What should I do?
If you are experiencing difficulties placing an order via our website, kindly send a message via our contact us page with your details and the product(s) you want to buy and leave the rest to us. If you’re receiving error messages at checkout, take note of what is being displayed and email us to see what we can do.

Can I make changes to my shopping cart?
Your shopping cart will contain all the prints and framed artworks that you’ve chosen so far – all in one place ready for when you’ve finished browsing. You can make changes to your cart at any time before placing your order, and items can be easily added or removed (meaning there’s always time to get a second print for your best friend and make sure you get that awesome framed print you’ve always wanted!)
To remove an item, simply click on the “x” next to the quantity button, then you can return to shopping to find something else you really love.
Your cart will also show any additional fees so you can see the final cost before you buy.
Wil my invoice be included in the shipping package?
We send all invoices out to you by email, so you should receive it separately and can have it to hand when discussing any of your orders with us by email or phone.
