RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Although we’re sure that you will be happy with your new artworks, we appreciate that sometimes it’s necessary to return an item. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you, so just get in touch to let us know about a return so we can talk you through the next steps.
Please note: We do not support reverse-pick up, and cannot arrange for a courier or post office representative to collect an item from your home address. Terms and conditions apply
Fault and Damaged Goods
If you receive an artwork from us which is faulty or damaged, please let us know and we will happily replace it without any additional charge to you. Please contact us within seven days of receipt of your print via our Contact Us page and our team will be happy to assist.
In the unlikely event that the product you receive from us is damaged, defective, counterfeit or not as described on our website; subject to return of the affected product returning to us within 3 days of its delivery and a satisfactory assessment and validation process; you will be entitled to a full refund as well as any shipping fees you have incurred.
Please note, all items which are returned to us will be assessed and validated before being accepted for a refund or exchange. If a defect cannot be found or verified, or if it the product is otherwise not eligible for a refund as listed above, it will be returned to you and your refund claim will be rejected.
Damaged In Transit
While we take the greatest care to ensure all of our items are lovingly packed to arrive in perfect condition, occasionally accidents do happen in transit.
If your parcel arrives with any obvious damage to the packaging, please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it to us, and let us know immediately at Contact Us so we can make alternative arrangements for you.
If your parcel was delivered before you noticed any damage to the packaging, please email us within 24 hours, attaching photographs of the damage to both the box and print so that we can organize a replacement to be sent out to you immediately.
Our returns policy is subject to our terms and conditions.
For us to accept returns, the artwork needs to be in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with all original packaging.
When shipping a return, you remain responsible for the item until it reached us, so we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt, and which ensures you for the cost of the items.
If any product returned to us is not in the ‘as new’ condition in which it was delivered to you, we reserve the right to return the product to you in lieu of an exchange.
Our Change of Mind returns policy is limited to one cycle of return and exchange per order. As such, prints purchased using store credit will not be eligible for exchange.
Prints created to custom requirements are excluded from our Change of Mind returns policy. This includes prints cropped to a different size and/or prints with color modifications.
